Angelina’s Hot Chocolate Recipe

If you think you know Hot Chocolate, you don’t,unless you’ve been to Paris and had the Hot Chocolate from Angelina. If you haven’t, then you’re in luck! Unfortunately, if you don’t live in Europe you can’t buy the prepackaged delight that Angelina sells. Their Hot Chocolate is world famous and I have the recipe! If you have the guts, get the ingredients and follow the steps bellow. And next time you travel across the Atlantic to Paris, Angelina is the place to visit. You won’t regret it.
Hot Chocolate Recipe
Combine 3/4 cup Whole Milk, 1/4 cup Heavy Cream and 1 tablespoon Confectioners’ Sugar and heat over medium-high until bubbles appear around edges. Remove from heat and add 4 oz Omanhene Bittersweet Chocolate (72%) that’s been chopped. Stir until melted (you may need to return to low heat). Serve with whipped cream.
